Keep it all in one Place: Please try to put all the junk in a place where our team can have easy access to minimise any extra labour charges.
Keep it Separate: Try to keep recyclable waste separate from your general waste as sometimes we can offer you better rates for recyclable materials.
Donate: Some charities might be able to take items that are in good condition. This includes furniture (does have a fire-resistant sticker), books, clothes etc.
Don’t Pay in Advance: Some companies might provide you with a cheaper quote to win the job and ask for a non-refundable deposit which they called an “attendance fee”. Often, they quote a higher price on arrival and you would have to choose between whether to lose the attendance fee or go with the higher price they quote on arrival. We will only charge on completion and our quotes are obligation free.
Used a Licenced Company: By law, you are responsible for making sure that all waste is disposed of correctly and when you use a clearance company with a valid waste carrier’s registration certificate. We are fully licensed to dispose of your waste and will ensure that waste is transported to fully authorised sites for reuse, recycling and destruction.
